Payment methods

All prices include VAT. The exact methods available at checkout depend on the delivery country and the order value.

Pay now (online)

• Credit / debit card — Visa and Mastercard, processed by Stripe on a secure page (Apple Pay and Google Pay appear automatically on supported devices). Your card details are handled exclusively by Stripe over encrypted connections — they never touch our servers.
• iDEAL — for deliveries to the Netherlands.
• Bancontact — for deliveries to Belgium.
• EPS — for deliveries to Austria.
• Przelewy24 — for deliveries to Poland.
• PayPal — no extra fees; a PayPal account is optional.

Manual methods (order ships after payment is received)

• Bank transfer (IBAN) — our IBAN and the payment reference are shown at checkout and emailed to you.
• MB WAY — for customers in Portugal; instructions shown at checkout.
• Revolut — instructions shown at checkout.

With manual methods your items stay reserved while we wait for the payment. The order is processed and shipped only after the payment is confirmed. Please use the order number as the payment reference. Payment must be completed within 24 hours — unpaid orders may be cancelled and the items released back to stock.

Gift cards and coupons

Enter the code in the "Coupon or gift card code" field at checkout. Gift card balance can be spent across multiple orders.

Good to know

• Cash and cheques are not accepted.
• Any fees charged by banks on international transfers are borne by the buyer.
• Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
