Returns & refunds
Last updated: 13 July 2026.
1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under European legislation, you have the right to return your order without needing to provide any justification, within 14 calendar days from the day you physically receive the product.
2. Return conditions and item depreciation
To guarantee a full refund, the item must be returned in its original condition. The consumer is responsible for any depreciation of the goods resulting from improper handling or poor packaging during the return transit. It is the strict responsibility of the customer to use sturdy shipping packaging that protects the item during the return.
In the specific case of LEGO® items, the outer box is considered an integral part of the product, and its pristine condition ensures its commercial value. Breaking the factory seals or any damage to the packaging (dents, creases, tears, holes), even with the seals intact, exceeds the handling permitted to establish the nature of the item. In these cases, the store will evaluate the exact condition of the item and deduct the respective loss of value from the refund. This depreciation is calculated on a case-by-case basis, based on the actual quotation of the item on the secondary market for the condition in which it was received, and may reach up to 80% of the initial value.
Opening the plastic bags inside the box substantially worsens the devaluation. In such situations, the loss of value to be retained takes into account the following cumulative factors:
- The difference between the market value of the sealed set and the commercial value of the loose parts.
- The operational costs and labour time required for sorting, inventorying and verifying all the parts.
- The full deduction of the value corresponding to any missing parts or minifigures.
3. How to start a return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, use the online withdrawal form or contact us at [email protected] indicating the order number. Do not send any item without approval and the return address from the store. The return shipping costs for the right of withdrawal are entirely the customer's responsibility. You arrange the return yourself, and we recommend a tracked method: the refund depends on us physically receiving the goods, so a lost return cannot be refunded.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we notify you of the approval or rejection (partial/total) of your refund, which is processed to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days. The refunded amount includes the price of the items and the original outbound delivery cost — limited to the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method available for your destination (for example, a pickup-point option, if we offer one that is cheaper), even if you chose a more expensive delivery type. This is separate from the return shipping, which is always at your expense (see section 3). The refund is withheld until we physically receive the goods back.
5. Transport damage and missing parts
Inspect your order upon receipt. If the outer shipping box shows damage, contact us immediately with photographs of the packaging's condition. If a sealed LEGO® box is missing a part inside, this is handled directly by the manufacturer — request the free replacement part at the official LEGO® support line: lego.com/service/replacement-parts.
6. Handling fee and partial returns
If you withdraw from the entire order, the refund covers everything you paid: the items, the original outbound delivery (limited to the cheapest standard method we offer) and any small-order handling fee. If you return only part of the order, the refund covers the returned items only — the original delivery cost and the handling fee are not refunded. In every case the return shipping is borne by the customer.
