Withdrawal form — 14-day right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. Fill in this form (or contact us by any unequivocal statement) and we'll confirm reception. Digital gift cards already delivered are excluded from this right (you consented to immediate delivery at checkout).

⚠️ Please read before returning:
  • Return shipping costs are entirely yours, and you must ship the items back within 14 days, well protected — you are liable for damage caused by poor return packaging.
  • Items must come back in their original condition. Broken factory seals, dented / creased / torn boxes or opened inner bags lead to a depreciation deduction assessed case by case — up to 80% of the item's value (see the Returns policy for how it's calculated). Missing parts or minifigures are deducted in full.
  • The refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days, but is withheld until we physically receive the items back and inspect them.
